Business tools built into your website
Many small businesses lose hours every week chasing enquiries, confirming bookings by hand and asking clients for documents they have already sent. We build simple tools into your website to take care of those jobs.
What the tools do for you
01An enquiry inbox that keeps everything together
Every enquiry from your website lands in one place, so you can see who has been in touch, what they need and whether anyone has replied.
We design the enquiry form around your business. A builder might ask for the job location, a short description and photos. A venue might ask for the date and the number of guests.
02Online bookings that run while you work
Customers can book an appointment or request a time while you are busy with someone else. They get a confirmation straight away and a reminder before the day.
We set the booking rules around your availability, so the calendar fits the way you actually work.
03Quote requests and follow-ups in one place
The quote form collects the information you need to price the job. You can see which requests still need a quote and set reminders to follow up, without digging through emails and messages.
04Review requests and new customer leads
When a job is finished, the review request tool makes it easy to ask your customer for an honest Google review.
For businesses that sell to other businesses, a lead finder can collect publicly available information, such as newly registered companies in your area, into a list you can work through. You decide who to contact.
Find new customers in your area
This example shows what the lead finder looks like: a list of newly registered companies near you that do not yet have an accountant, ready for you to review. We built the real version for an accountancy practice, and the same idea works for any business that sells to other businesses.
This example uses made-up names and sample data, and nothing on it sends a message. For your business, we agree what the lead finder looks for, which area it covers and how often it runs, and you can export the list whenever you like.
A secure area for client documents
A private client area lets your clients upload and download documents, see key dates and send messages in one secure place. Clients always know where to look, and you can see what is still outstanding.
For GS Associates, an accountancy practice in Uttoxeter, we built an enquiry inbox, client sign-in, a document vault and a deadlines diary alongside the public website.

A monthly list of newly formed companies and businesses with accounts due in the towns around Uttoxeter, with a letter ready to send to each.
You only get the tools you will use
You do not need every tool. Before the build we agree which tools you need and who will use them, then show you how they work once they are live. Bigger software projects are quoted separately.
The optional AI assistant answers visitors’ questions from information you approve and passes enquiries on to you. It costs £19.99 a month on its own, or is included with Local SEO.
