What does the £89.99 a month actually cover?
Everything the site needs to exist and improve: the design and build, hosting, security, backups, your own admin panel, branded emails, and two hours of development time every month for changes and improvements. Bigger jobs are quoted before any work starts. No VAT is added — the price you see is the price you pay.
Is there really nothing to pay upfront?
Really nothing. The Direct Debit is set up when you accept the proposal, but nothing is collected until your site is live. The 12-month initial term is what spreads the cost of a bespoke build.
Do I own the website?
Your domain, content, images and enquiry data are yours from day one. After the initial 12 months the site itself — design and code — becomes yours outright: keep it with us because it's working, or take it anywhere with our help.
How long does the website take to build?
Most sites launch within three to four weeks of the research being agreed — the research itself comes first and you see it in writing before design begins. You're never billed until launch, so a slow build costs us, not you.
What happens if I want to leave?
After the initial term you're month to month with 30 days' notice, and the site is yours to take. During the initial term, early exit means the remaining months are payable — that's the honest trade behind £0 upfront, and we say it plainly rather than burying it in small print.
